The BX-8E chassis is okay overall but it has a major weak point. The motor mounting holes are extremely weak. I crashed my car twice and the motor screws pulled through the chassis. When I ordered replacements, I got the wrong chassis. I got part number 8470. However, I think this is a good thing. 8470 has a better motor mounting holes (you have to use a different and superior mount https://www.banggood.com/ZD-Racing-8456-Aluminium-Motor-Mount-For-1-or-8-9116-RC-Car-Parts-Vehicle-Toys-p-1466813.html). I have not finished my rebuild yet, but I think the different chassis and motor mount will make the BX-8E a much stronger car.
