Have contacted banggood 3 times with the problem of them sending me smashed, poorly packaged Transmitters for my X5C, X5C 1 Quad-copters. I keep getting bangood's generic answer! Sent us photos! Well I sent numerous photo's Twice now. The results are, We can't find the photos!! So I send them again! They asked for photo's of transmitters. Photo's of packaging labels which I SENT, right along with what the Items looked like as they came out of packaging! Out if Two transmitters I purchased, you would think at least one would work. Neither work, they are both set on correct Mode, and neither of them will bind, or make the Quad work at all. The ones I received looked like they had been used? Scared and scratched up. Very tired of this game banggood. do what is right and send me what I paid you for! This getting ridiculous, just had to have banggood Re-Send a battery I paid for long ago, because Banggood sent it to wrong address. I've been buying from banggood for years and I'm a member, I have never moved, so my address is the same as it always was. wake up banggood! send me my WORKING X5C Transmitters.

ho acquistato un radiocomando da banggood per un quadricottero syma ma mi è arrivato senza il coperchio per il vano batterie, ho ho mandato delle mail al servizio clienti con delle foto allegate e mi hanno subito rispedito un nuovo radiocomando che mi è arrivato dopo circa due settimane , perfetto, . ormai sono tre anni che acquisto da loro e se ci sono problemi sono sempre disponibili a risolverli. sito affidabile , lo consiglio.

I am happy to say that the receiver didnt succum to the same damage that myquad opter did. it is in perfect shape and I am about to put batteries in and check it out!

почему то плата тут версии 2, а в пульте, который я покупал ранее вместе с syma x5 была плата версии 5.. возможно тут немного устаревшие платы
