I got them to build my first wheels but when i got them i could barely turn the axles. I had to adjust the cones but the lock nuts were done up so tight i had to use a vice to hold one lock nut well using a spanner to undo the other side. When i opened up the hub i found that one of the bearings was missing in each end of the hub. i replaced the bearing in each end and used new grease but the hubs can never be adjusted to run smooth. they look nice but they were scratched when i got them because the packaged in a plastic bag with no padding. I paid for fast shipping (6-9 days) and it took almost a month for them to arrive. so if your looking at them and your going to use them buy something better.
