Product defective, neither of the two sides of the earpiece turn on. The light on the right side lights up red only when it is plugged into the charger and the light on the left side is switching between the red and white lights, however, it also only lights up when it is plugged into the charger

Produto com defeito, nenhum dos dois lados do fone ligam. A luz do lado direito acende em vermelho somente quando ele está conectado no carregador e a luz do lado esquerdo fica alternando entre as luzes vermelha e branca, porém, também só acende quando ele está conectado no carregador
