Beats me why they show a bunch of pictures and then send something different. All I can say is the dimensions are correct. It IS an M6 x 26 throat. There is a PTFE tube inside, but it's not the standard 4mm tube, it's a 3mm PTFE tube, 2mm ID. If the throat needs repairing you just can't grab a piece of 4mm Bowden tubing and cut it up to fit inside because it won't fit.
