Ordered two pens of the same kind. One red and the other blue. Only the blue arrived. Mistakes happen, I was even considering just letting it go if it was too much bother for the seller, providing that they'd show some decent effort to fix the issue... But no, I got blown off instead. To be fair this is the first time I have had bad experience with Banggood. The pen, the one that arrived is indeed beautiful and very well made. Looks and feels like a $100+ piece from Parker. Shame that I only got one, even if I ordered two..
