These are a bit more expensive but have some advantages.
I intended to use these to power aurduino/photon projects and thus attached them to two ICR18650 cell wire in parallel. I get about 10hour +, Depending on current draw, and cell condition
Charging:- I measured a draw of about 850mA at 5V, so a good quality phone charger over 1A should
