This is actually a good buy for the money. The hard tray on the top side is very good to place your drinks on. So they won't fall on the couch or ground. But keep in mind that your armrest of the couch itself must be flat or just slightly curved. if it has a very curved top, it's not possible to keep glasses upright. the pockets are good.

Functional and basic design. Very little to complain about: Deep wide pockets hold just about anything you'd like to keep handy; Tray is a little flimsy but adequate and removable. Pleased for the price and would buy another.

Useful for storing tv remotes etc on the arm of a chair. If the arm of the chair is round probably not so useful. The flat part is actually separate to the pocket part and is cloth covered cardboard.
