As of yet, this 3 in 1 Electric Hammer Cordless Drill has not been placed into personal service by the buyer. The only operation that has been performed upon receipt of this product as yet has been to charge the two battery-packs. One of these was charged-up with no problem. but there was difficulty in plugging in the co-axial male plug (from charger) into the female port on the upper surface of the SECOND battery-pack, due to its centre pole terminal being off-centre in the female connection port. The tip of a sharp knife was employed in attempting to lever (or bend) this terminal closer to a centre location, with only a slight degree of success - but the male connection plug (from the battery charger) was "forced" into fully seated position enough that a full 'charging' operation could be achieved with this SECOND battery-pack! I do have my doubts, however, with regard to the continued Use & Re-charging cycle (over the long term) with this product's spare batter pack - because at some point in time it may not be still possible to seat the Charger's plug fully into position when recharging is required, due to this non-centre terminal pin in the female port on top of the SECOND batter pack!
