pbloemen have not tested it with a Mac. keyboard itself has usb-c connection. a usb-a to isb-c cable is included. it also offers bluetooth, maybe the Mac is a little picky about bluetooth

Q: does it fit on ender 3 v2 without buying an extension cable ?

pbloemen only have an ender 3 v1, heavy modified. it fitted the ender3 v1.

Q: Are all the voltages as specified? Expecially the -5V.

pbloemen used it for retropie console, did not need -5v. just tested it with voltmeter seems ok. did not test with load.

pbloemen yes. read the fine manual, there is an option to change from metres to yards.
