Q: How do you get it to read Fahrenheit?

fyodors I did not. I don't need Fahrenheit as we measure in Celsius in our country.

I am not sure it measures 100% correctly and the provided manual is in Chinese only, so I cannot even understand whether or not I'm using it right. Anyway, it's cheap and shows... something )
