Q: looks like multi module works for this chip!!

Asked by elvill on 2020-04-14 05:41:50

VirginiaJim So, DOES the multiprotocol module work with this plane??? If it DOES, then experienced pilots would be able to buddy box these planes to better instruct newbies how to fly them. For that matter, is this transmitter actually a 2.4ghz technology that will enable multiple identical planes to fly simultaneously without interfering with each other?

Q: hi good day......this transmitter can i change to my rc truck

Asked by Jhon D. Sabanal on 2018-05-12 04:39:50

VirginiaJim You need to check what protocol your truck uses. If it is AFHDS 2A, this Tx should work. Otherwise you will need to replace the truck's receiver.

Q: Are all the internal gears metal too?

Asked by VirginiaJim on 2019-09-04 06:16:23

stevepayor I opened one up, and found all the gears are metal, except for the first large gear (nylon) driven by the motor pinion (brass). This is OK because the torque is low here, and the nylon gear helps keep the drive silent. All of the following gears in the gear train, running at higher torque, are metal.

Q: can I use it with my Android phone

Asked by Gaurav kumar on 2018-08-25 01:53:31

VirginiaJim You could use this camera if it is connected to a 5.8ghz video transmitter, and you use the ROTG01 receiver, which has an output for more recent (2yr) android cell phones. Should work with Android 8.0 phones or higher. Suggest using video transmitter that runs on 7.4v or higher since these cameras require more than 5v, despite what the specs show. - Jim

VirginiaJim In my experience with 3 orange labeled Eachine 1000TVL cameras, none of them work with 5v supplied. They give a black screen. If you can still find the earlier white label of this camera (I have one), mine works with 5v input. Cheers. - Jim
