Cccccc12282 Once you have over you head and both arms in arm holes either side. The loose neck part in the middie from right to left place open loop over your left arm. Meanig you put your hand and arm into the loose part in the middle, all the way to your shoulder. Hope I've helped, it had me lost for a while.
