The camera is OK but I expected better. I tried quite a few settings and found I had to adjust the lens to get a decent distance focus. Original focusing was set too close. Even with the settings I have used it still tends to have fisheye at the top of the video. I would have preferred a 90 degree lens as I don't believe this one is a true 120 degrees. It is also affected by light changes quite badly compared to other cameras I have. It needs good light to produce any decent kind of video and loses a lot of definition on a cloudy day. I have some SJ 4000 cams that produce nicer videos. Don't expect too much from the onboard gyro. Whilst it does have an effect, it is more of a gimmick. Best video produced was on 1080 x 60 frames as the higher resolutions become very jerky.

Well I got caught badly. Bangood are selling this item from the Australian Warehouse and Australia no longer has a 2G network that this item requires to operate. :( So after some research I found all our 2G networks were shut down in 2017. I am a bit peeved but realise it is my own fault however I am also peeved at Banggood for selling the item here in Australia.

These are great motors. This is the second set I have ordered. The first set has performed up to my expectations. I use these motors on a Hobby King Dart 450 and are used mainly for missions but also some freestyle. They are very economical on batteries, never get more than very slightly warm and are super reliable. I run them on 3S 2200mAh batts with 10 x 4.5 props. DJI style props are best but other types can be used if they are drilled out with step drills that Banggood sells.

ziggysmate Try using 10x4.5 props. My buddy uses them on his Tarot 650 and it has heaps of power.

I bought this for my Tarot 650 (I know it's not recommended) with a 30A Simonk ESC and 12 inch propellers. It can carry 1.8 KG without an issues. Once I added gimbal which total up to be 2 KG that's when it has trouble lifting up. I used a wood drill to drill the propeller hole to 8-inch. Then I tighten the nut tightly with the propeller to prevent it to move while flying. It was difficult. This is a strong motor that is good for smaller size quadcopter and I'll recommend it.

ziggysmate I have had my quad out to 300 meters and then only lose signal because I am too low behind trees. If I was at higher altitude I'm sure it would be even better. My 915 mHz Telemetry goes the same distance. The great thing is it works with my iPad Pro. I'm Rapt.

Unit works very well. Range is ok for the distance I am using it at. Worked right away with QGround control. When using Mission Planner make sure that the WiFi in Windows has the "Home Network" selected or it will not connect.

I already have a 3DR telemetry Radio on one of my Quads and thought this would be a good option for my other Quad. It is. It works well and I have programmed several missions using it OK. The range is way better than I expected but I haven't checked the limits yet but it would be at least 200 meters. It was sending back tracking info without a glitch. I will definitely buy another one for my 3rd PX4 now I know it works so well and it is much smaller and more compact that the 3DR Telemetry Radio. (and a LOT cheaper too)

ziggysmate These motors would not work on my 600 quad with 12x4.5 CF props. Secondly do not use green multistar batteries. Your quad will definitely fall out of the sky within a couple of minutes. HOWEVER, these are working perfectly on a Dart 450 with 10x4.5 slowfly props and a 3S Turnigy Nano Tech battery. I get a full 7 minutes flying time. A 4S on this quad will NOT work. Apart from that I love the motors except theHex Keys are rubbish as are the 3 screws that hold the hub on. They are very soft.

I have had these motors on my quad (Ironman 650) and since I built it(January, 2015), I have been running it with 4 cell batteries. Recently, I bought some 3 cell batteries to fly it with and after 3 mins hover it starts to loose power and descend rapidly, even when full throttle is applied. My craft weighs 2.5kg and i'm running the naza v2. Propellers are carbon fibre 12' blades and powered with multistar 5200mah 4 cell lipo. I am an experienced drone pilot and have avoided countless crashes but the last time I flew it with a 3 cell, I broke my landing gear cos it literally fell out the sky from about 10metres. Anyone having same experience? Regardless, I love these motors as they come well balances and run quietly.

These are brilliant for reaming Propellors out . I bought some Racersatar motors and the shafts are 6mm and 8 mm. You need to ream the props out and 2 of these reamers do the job perfectly and quickly. They were well worth the money as props can be difficult to drill to an oversize. These make it dead easy.

ziggysmate I suggest you mount it on a pole and then check your magnetometer as it is very close to your ESCs where you have it. Too much interference.

I have this mounted on my top plate, not a mast. The GPS is SPOT ON. The magnetometer, not so much. It would probably prefer a boom, but INAV has RTH'd 8/8 times successfully in test runs, so no complaints!
