I received my new Doogee V20 phone which did not work straight out of the box. I contacted Banggood customer services and raised a ticket two times but have not had a reply. I uploaded a video of the fault to YouTube and sent them the link but have not had a reply. I have a phone which does not work and Banggood don't care about aftershaves customer care. Very disappointed with Banggood !
