I brought this for a ztw gecko 65A, does not come on cant tell if its working or not ,have a red light nothing else clicked all buttons , nothing

gandyman I order 2 months ago also 1, no display. BG service refund me so far perfect service.I order a second one becouse I need to adjust the settings in my Mantis slim 40A, but from the second one also the display dont work jQuery191006533265486359596_1521147033014?I dont know what ZTW is doing but suppose they have a wrong batch with these programmers.... aargh...
