I use these batteries in my Miss Wind S and they are adequate to give me 6.5 to 7.5 minutes flight time dependent upon what power hungry aerobatics i perform. I have also fitted the battery voltage indicators that came with them, set the alarm voltage at 3.5v and this gives me much more confidence when flying that I am not over discharging the battery. The combination of battery and alarm indicator is very effective with the battery remaining cool.
