This is the third order that these batteries finally arrived, Banggod customer service is outstanding. I sent an email explaining I didn't receive items and they replaced it no questions asked. Excellent service. And if they come much later, I will pay as I always do if I get doubles. The battery came as ordered, 11.7 Volts storage, good! Size is 5.5" long x1.625" wide x 1.00" thick. Nice JST anti stress cap. Good quality long lasting battery. Very happy

I liked the battery very much! With a discharge to 3.1V, the capacity was slightly more than the claimed capacity, 3579 mAh. Resistance - 5, 3 and 4 mOhm. Good result!

These charge and balance ok. Got these last year in Sept. In early Jan. 2017 I noticed cell 3 is always off by .5v. It is now Feb. I still use this. For the price I had purchased it for I have no complaints, even with cell 3 still off by .5.
