I thought the offer price was too good to be true & it was. No batteries are included. Having said that, these lights can use 4xAA alkaline batteries or 2x 18650 Lithium rechargeable batteries, charged via USB [the lead is included]. 2 x big COB led units give a lot of light & the casing seems strong enough to take the sort of abuse I give work lights.
