First, the light was shipped very quickly and well packaged. I removed the light from the package, inserted the battery with the positive end towards the light end as indicated in the instructions and plugged the usb cord into the light to charge. The charge indicator light flashed blue showing the battery is between 30-99% charged. after an hour of charging I decided to try the flashlight even though it was not fully charged. the light lit up for 2 seconds and turned off. It would not come back on with another press of the power button. I plugged the USB cable into the light and the charge indicator is now flashing red, showing the battery is below 30%. I believe the battery is defective and will require a replacement from Banggood.
