I DO love the product but NOT the experience! I did NOT get what I ordered and certainly NOT within the “expected” timeframe. I deducted two stars for appearance because I DID order the gold Wowstick (see photo of order attached) in “exquisite packaging” (singular, lovely, white, Xiaomi-branded, “I am special”- a very nice storage box!) as advertised on the website at the time (4th June!) but GOT the silver Wowstick in brown cardboard boxes (plural, storage is now a mess) at the end of SEPTEMBER! I was in contact with representatives throughout the long delay but was not told at any point that I was not going to get my “special” order the way I bought it. Like waiting in a restaurant for a steak, you expect a delay, anticipating the taste but getting hungrier by the hour, only to receive a burger - by that stage, you’re so annoyed and starving, you eat it anyway! Nice tool, shame about the farce!
