the hole is quite small and very difficult to push on to V911s, if it does not fit on very well one way then try reversing and pushing on, even if this is fitting it incorrectly, as it helps to free the hole up of any manufacturing obstructions, and then take it off again and place it on correctly. Warning hold the tail rotor motor (the chrome looking bit) with long nose pliers and push the propella on from the centre only otherwise you will end up braking the propellor so really do take care otherwise you will breal the propellor main boom, or remove the tail motor if you dont use caution. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, FIT WITH CAUTION, DO NOT BE HEAVY HANDED
