98 % OK. The package of control horns is missing, box not damaged. Elevator retainer and screws missing also. The elevator servo may be not oriented correctly. The servo arm should be located in the same plane and direction as the movable control surface. In its current location the servo arm is 90 degrees away from the moving part of the elevator. It would be possible to be used as it is, but a special control horn and control rod would be needed. The control rod would have to be bent at an angle to meet the control horn.
