I did not know at this point that RYZEN has intermittent stuttering issues in an environment with fTPM (TPM 2.0 is fTPM) enabled even though I looked at the reviews that are 11 instead of windows 10 of the others, so I bought it without worrying. I thought it would be good if I got the corresponding BIOS after I knew it, but BIOS only responds to customer service, I asked if there was any, but I was sent an old BIOS, the manual for using it was wrong, and this was troubleshooting after that. I have heard a lot of things that I don't want, and I continue to talk about whether there is a BIOS that addresses the key problem or not. Why enable fTPM after all? I heard. What is it that you put in windows11 and ask me about it? If you can do it, then you can do it. I know that BIOS rewriting involves risks, and I know that I'm allocating the personnel, but I don't know what I really want because that person seems to be at the byte level of knowledge zero. Well, the cost performance for what I aim to do was enough, so I was happy to be free if I didn't respond like this.

他の方のwindows10ではなく11になっているレビューを見てもfTPM(TPM2.0はfTPMである)を有効にした環境でRYZENがスタッターを断続的に起こす問題があることをこの時点で知らなかったため気にせず購入した。 知った後も対応したBIOSを手に入れれば良いだろうと安易に考えていたがBIOSはカスタマーサービスに問い合わせでしか対応しないと言う、有りますかと問い合わせたが古いBIOSを送りつけられたり、それに付いていた使い方のマニュアルが間違えていたり、その後もこちらはトラブルシュートを望んでいるわけではないというのに色々聞いてきて肝心の問題対応したBIOSが有るのか無いのかの話ははぐらかしつづける。 しまいには何故fTPMを有効にするのですか？と聞いてきた。お前windows11入れといてそれを聞いてくるのは何なんだ。こちらとしては無いなら無いでそうですか、いつか出来たならそのときください、の話なのに。 BIOSの書き換えはリスクを伴うことは百も承知だし、そう言うものだから対応人員を充てているのはわかるが、その人員が知識0のバイトレベルにしか思えないのは本当に何がしたいのかわからない。 まぁ私の目的としていることに対してのコストパフォーマンスは十二分なためこんな対応さえされなければ手放しで満足だったのだが。

Thunderbolt3 is not installed. I checked with the manufacturer. USB is very slow. You can use it but be careful to copy large files because the transfer speed is slow.
