Instructions are not in English, but are self explanatory except for the warning instructions at the bottom of the last page. Unable to give it an overall rating 0f 3 for the instructions.

Very nice project. Instructions were in chinese but with images clear enough to assemble the whole thing in small time. Works very well and kids are enjoying it.
