Nice and smooth, fits all sizes. Double seam (stitching) is not that desirable because when you wear the hood under a helmet, the right way, you end up with two imprints of the seams on your skin! Solution, wear it in-side-out. If hood was manufactured seamless, i.e. head sealed, no stitched joints, that would be best, and I would get several more.
