The seller must have read the previous reviews and found a box to ship mine in. It arrived in good condition. A circuit diagram would have been a nice inclusion as the 4558 in the preamp is rated at +/- 20v Max so am considering an ac supply of 12v (12*1.414=16.9v). If there is potential divider in circuit I could supply more voltage and get a better power o/p.
