I also have the more expensive Italian made one but I prefer this one because the battery compartment is roomy and easy to install. The front steering blocks are more durable than my Italian one. As for the speed, one you have the 3S pack in there, it's very fast. You may want to set the gyro speed to your liking and now I lower it to the 10,000 rpm. The driver has the weak legs that will come off in crash or the head will pop too. But you can glue them back on easily. I has a lot of fun with it on all kind of terrains and a good clean up and lubrication are a must after the fun.
