I bought two pieces. One runs relatively smooth, while the other one grinds a bit. Both have a bit of some transparent runny grease in them. Both will need to be cleaned and re-greased. One screw head was almost stripped, had to take great care with unscrewing it. One diff cup only has a groove for the dogbone pins and is not punched through like the others. Both stock ones were also missing a screw that should fix the cup to the internal gear. I wonder if theese two have the same issue. We will just have to see how the diffs work out.
