I already own the RadioMaster TX16S, but this MAX edition brings a WHOLE new level of software upgrades, like over 40 proto calls for even more receivers you can bind to with this Open TX system. If you are looking to upgrade an older radio this is a must have unit by far !! The price difference between the TX16S and the TX16S MAX, well it WELL worth it, because now you can even bind to Spectrum and Traxxas receivers in which the TX16S you can NOT !! Very solid radio system with a ton of awesome upgrades. I just installed a LED gimple light ring on my TX16S in blue because I had upgraded to the CNC alloy kit with folding handle. Here is a picture of my TX16S in blue CNC upgrade with the Blue light kit and for only around $20.00 it's well worth itjQuery1113007448818495042175_1631901504739 Now I am just waiting for them to release a Red light kit for my new TX16S MAX which I went with carbon fiber and red CNC kit.
