Havent tested speed yet but i can say that it works perfectly with mi box :)

I'm using this to configure a raspberry pi A+. Works out of the box. Uses asix kernel module. Has an orange and a red led.

I have tried once. it worked with good speed. Able to connect Wifi-only tablet to net and update with fast speed. Worked with Win8 and Win10. Attached CDROM was not required.
