This is a nice bag but will not hold the thicker yoga mat as available on this site.Make sure you only order for a 6mm

Well, the title is a little misleading. It's a pretty good yoga mat holder and is easily worth several times the price. I bought it for my wife and she loves it! It has plenty of room for stuff like keys or a small towel. There is a pocket on one side between the handles that could easily hold a phone or wallet (perhaps both). It's not a zippered pocket so you'd need to be careful not to dump out the contents. The "fabric" is high-quality vinyl and the stitching appears to be well done. I believe this is something my wife will be able to use for years to come. I gave it only a 4 on quality because the zipper sticks a little where it was folded. I'm hoping that with a few days of use it will straighten out. It still works but the slight kink in the fabric makes it catch just a bit.
