I've used this type of sharpening device for many years. I was able to purchase 3 of these for the price I normally pay for one! The porcelain side is as good as most brands, but the carbide is just okay. A full day of three of us using this at a slaughter house killed the carbide. I was successful turning the carbide around and will try again tomorrow to see how well it will hold up. Great price and good (not great) quality.
