Product arrived well before due date, looks great, hot end of pen is removable with one screw and uses contact pins so comes apart for cleaning very easily. 2 amp power draw means you can use this on a decent powerbank with at least 2A output and be mobile. Great addition to my FDM 3D printer allowing me to tidy up small mistakes or weld components together and it uses the same 1.75mm width filament so I wont be running out of plastic to use any time soon. Have tried with ABS, PLA and Taulmann PETT, Pen has a max temp of 230 deg C which it will hit very quickly. Instructions are a bit patchy for the English version but mixing a few button presses I soon had it figured out, (hold feed and tap - button to adjust feed rate, tap both + & - to switch between abs and pla presets, hold - to activate manual temp mode and change in 1 deg increments with + & - ) Screen is very clear and easy to read. Motor is a compact one so it can be heard whining when in use and should not be forced to load or retract filament as it may be the first point of failure, can sometimes hear it slowing down when in use so the feed rate isn't quite as uniform as I would like but is still good enough for most situations. I suspect this would be a great mobile repair tool for people who break their cosplays at events and need a quick fix. Great Value, looks great, not bulky, very sleek and easy to hold.

I purchased this pen so that I could join 3d printed parts. It works beautifully with PETG, so I am assuming it will work well with PLA too. Joined the parts very strongly ... great tool!

Pen arrived in 13 days, very fast. It arrived with the adapter for Italy and a 2A charger so it works very well with any cell charger. Metal, with the metal cap, necessary when you finish the use to cover the tip that obviously burns.It has 6 speeds and at the maximum speed the extrusion is very fast, speed 3 is ideal. Very easy to use but you have to take the hand. Highly recommended.

Penna arrivata in 13 giorni, velocissimo. E' arrivata con l'adattatore per l'Italia ed un caricabatterie da 2A quindi funziona benissimo con qualunque caricabatterie per cell. In metallo, con il cappuccio in metallo, necessario quando si termina l'utilizzo per coprire la punta che, ovviamente scotta. Ha 6 velocità ed alla massima velocità l'estrusione è molto rapida, la velocità 3 è l'ideale. Molto facile da usare ma bisogna prenderci la mano. Consigliatissima.
