Ordered Nov30 and received Jan5. Doll in box appears to be in good condition however box was crushed and split down one side. Not fit for gifting or storage. for price of $72 should have had more protective shipping materials. I paid $72 later reduced to $59. Company refused to make price adjustment. Would not refund difference. I don't recommend this company for anything that could be damaged by crushing.
