The mini USB - HDMI dongle is sturdy and has solid housing. Comes with an English manual which contains all the information you need to know. I can confirm that it also supports 1080 60fps (I tested it on Windows 7 and 10 via OBS). The connectors are solid and well made. It draws only 3.5W from the USB port. Weights 21g and is 28mm wide. Although it is not USB3.0 it works perfectly. The card didn't drop frames during all my capturing tests. Captured audio is also decent. In 1080p 60fps there is a noticeable latency. The latency is low at 720p 60fps. In 1080p 60fps there is much latency. This tool helped me make many decent videos for my youtube channel JoGeo Techlab.
