The shoes are good quality, was just disappointed that I had to pay import fees, even though it was stated that they would already be included in the price for deliveries to the EU. When I asked, I was told that I should contact the German customs authorities for a refund. Just for that, I would need proof from the seller that the customs fees had already been paid, which I unfortunately did not get! Apart from that, the package was no longer traceable after arrival in Germany.

Die Schuhe sind qualitativ gut, war nur enttäuscht, dass ich Einfuhrgebühren zahlen musste, obwohl angegeben war, dass sie bei Lieferungen in die EU bereits im Preis enthalten wären. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir geantwortet, dass ich mich an die deutschen Zollbehörden bezüglich einer Rückerstattung wenden sollte. Nur dazu, würde ich einen Nachweis des Verkäufers brauchen, dass die Zollgebühren bereits entrichtet waren, den ich aber leider nicht bekam! Abgesehen davon, war das Paket nach Ankunft in Deutschland nicht mehr nachverfolgbar.
