They fit perfect in my work boot. I would find that my legs get very tired by the end of my work day. I put these insoles in my boots and WOW what a difference they made. I always buy expensive boots for work cause I know I have this trouble but as I get older I need extra support. They work great for me I'd definitely recommend them even if you don't have the problem that I do. It's a very inexpensive solution to an annoying problem.
