Delivered in less week in France from the CZ warehouse Just received, not yet mounted on my CNC, but the material seems of good quality, it breathes solidity. The spindle alone weighs approximately 800 g (information not available on the site) and has no lateral or longitudinal clearance. I just tested it by holding it in hand: Very silent and no vibration felt. The advertised speed of 14,000 rpm is reached empty. The only point that worries me a little: it heats strongly in the lower part (on the stainless part near the ER 11), you can almost not leave the hand continuously. The threaded holes on this lower part seem to be used to evacuate the air blown by the top fan and their surface area is much smaller than the air inlet! perhaps an area for improvement? I wanted to fix it by these screws on a NEMA 23 motor square, the dimensions of which are perfectly suitable and in particular the central hole allows the lower part of the engine to pass without play. It may be preferable to use the supplied aluminium bracket which can be used as a radiator... In any case I am satisfied with this purchase that I recommend.

Livré en moins semaine en France depuis l'entrepôt CZ Juste reçu, pas encore monté sur ma CNC, mais le matériel semble de bonne qualité, il respire la solidité. La broche seule pèse environ 800 g (information non disponible sur le site) et n'a aucun jeu, ni latéral, ni longitudinal. Je l'ai juste testée en la tenant en main : Très silencieuse et aucune vibration ressentie. La vitesse annoncée de 14 000 T/mn est atteinte à vide. Seul point qui m'inquiète un peu : elle chauffe fortement en partie basse, (sur la partie inox près du ER 11), on ne peut presque pas laisser la main en continu. Les trous filetés sur cette partie basse semblent servir d'évacuation de l'air soufflé par le ventilateur du dessus et leur surface est bien inférieure à l'entrée d'air ! peut-être un point à améliorer ? Je voulais la fixer par ces vis sur une équerre de moteur NEMA 23, dont les dimensions conviennent parfaitement et notamment le trou central laisse passer sans jeu la partie basse du moteur. Il est peut-être préférable d'utiliser le support en aluminium fourni qui pourra servir de radiateur ... En tout cas je suis satisfait de cet achat que je recommande.
