Great, high performance mosfet. It is originally made for heated beds of 3d printers, but you can use it wherever you need to switch larger currents.

BruceMac to use for other projects, what voltage do the control pins need? do the control pins support PWM? are the control pins polarity sensigive?

Stephen The control pins go into a rectifier, so polarity shouldn't matter. I am not sure about PWM and Control voltage, considering the unit cost there is no harm in trying and failing.
