Well received after 8 weeks in an anti-static bag (but no bubble wrap). The quality of the PCB is very good. You can refer to the pictures on the website to assemble this DIY kit, but be carefull to mount the LED display before the IC LM3914. Works well and easy to adjust especially when you know how the LM3914 works.

All the parts were there but no instructions. icstation(dot)com has the same product and has instructions in a video on the product page however. I won't give a bad rating because I don't know if I burned a component or something in the assembly process but I put it all together how it should be and it doesn't work...
