The product is as described. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, and I shave with it every 2-3 days. After each shave, I recharge it, and so far it has done its job. I clean it after each use, take off the head and shake out the hair, and clean it inside with a little brush. I am curious to see how long the battery will last with this usage. If I don't press too hard, the hair doesn't get irritated. It doesn't pull and cuts nicely.
