This has a standard USB type A plug on one side so you can plug it into PCs or chargers. When you plug it in , it shows the voltage being delivered. Nominal USB voltage is 5 volts (Can be higher if designed for fast charging). You can see if the charger is delivering the full 5 volts, a lower voltage (bad for charging) or a higher or unstable voltage (dangerous for your phone). At the other end of the unit is a standard USB type A socket, so you can plug in the lead to charge your phone. There are three more numbers displayed on the display.. One shows the current being delivered to charge your phone (or whatever you plugged in). With different chargers my phone got different charging currents, from 0.36A to 1.07A, so I could see one charger was charging it three times as fast as another. If you leave the phone plugged in, the third readout shows how long it has been charging (hours and minutes) and the fourth shows how much charge it has taken in , in mA.hr. These last two numbers are remembered even if you unplug everything, but there is a reset button to zero them if you're starting again.
