At first I used the blue paper, but it didn't work, so I assume that was to keep moisture out of the packet, oops. The other paper worked well, but you need a good amount of water to suds up and it does leave a bit of sticky residue on my hand, but maybe I have to used for longer. I think it will be handy for my upcoming holiday by bus tour where I may not have access to soap at rest stops.
