Purchased for $99 dollars during a Black Friday sale event. It's currently the first day of winter here in the USA so very little sun to properly test a solar panel. I set it up outside and hooked up a small 12v motor and it spun crazy fast! A volt meter confirmed it was producing 21v to the motor. I then hooked up an almost dead 12v scooter battery that was so dead it wouldn't light the scooter lights or beep the horn. Within 2 hours the battery had enough charge to show 12.9v using a volt meter and it now lights the lights and beeps the horn! I'm impressed.. I'm confident it could charge my vehicle battery in an emergency or easily charge phones and laptops although I may have to run it through a voltage regulator to keep from going above the input voltage limits on some of my devices. The panel was shipped in a cardboard box with very little padding. One of the box corners was damaged in shipping but the solar panel itself was not damaged. It arrived less than a week after ordering which is very fast. Thanks Banggood!
