I bought this as an emergency backup, as my Mondeo battery will lose power when the car isn't driven regularly. I had another model from a different manufacturer and it never started my car. I used it the iMar the other day when the battery was too low to start the car. It didn't start first time, but turned the engine over. I had forgotten to turn the headlamps off. they were on the auto setting and it was night. Reset the iMars, turned off the lights and the engine stared. Very impressed as my Mondeo is the diesel model which draws a lot of power from the battery on starting.
