You can see studs in the wall and joists in the ceiling since the joists make that part of the ceiling change temperature at a different rate. When there is even a little light, the camera adds outlines of objects so you can better understand what you are looking at. It does not work with Verizon, but T-Mobile works just fine. It is absolutely AWES"OME!
