Customer service was excellent. When the items I ordered were not delivered after more than a month I brought up the matter to Banggood and Banggood rectified the matter and the items were delivered within a week. Well done.

I expected more if this one, resolution is low, does not support the one is marked on the box (1920X1440), works fine only on my 26" monitor at 1600x900. I still can use it but with lower resolution.

It's working but you need to take care with the refresh rate, resolution and mouse and keyboard compatibility. I'm working with KVM;s over 25 years even cheap of these are stable and compatible with most of keyboards, mouses, monitors and vgas, this KVM is very cheap and i had to drop down the resolution in order to work properly, sometimes it;s loosing keyboards and mouses and other times loosing monitor synchronization. Anyway i knew what i got!
