Has heating and cooling modi. In heating mode, it turns the output off when over the set temperature, in cooling mode it turns the output off when under the set temperature. Temperature hysteresis in heating mode is +0/-2°C, meaning the temperature is on average one degree less than you set. Heating/Cooling mode can be switched by long-pushing the set button and then shortly pushing it again. The display should read H or C, which can be switched with the +/- keys. To save the setting, long-press the set button again.
