I was impressed when I first opened it up. The build quality seems quite good, and the unit feels solid. Turned it on, and the demo played flawlessly. So far so good. Now I have been fighting to convert and load my own video files. I use the software that came with the unit, but the output is not correct (not even close). Demo file still works, so I don;t believe it is a hardware problem. The software can't seem to properly convert my videos for display on this unit. I am hoping I will find updated software to make this work. Or somehow figure out what the trick is to get it to work properly.
